Hey, I’m Claire!
I'm a singer, songwriter, musician, and producer. Music has always been a driving force in my life, from dancing around the house to “Hey Ya” with my parents as a toddler to playing my first show at eight to now working on my fifth EP. Since I was four, I knew that I was meant to be in music, and for two years asked my parents for a piano after every basketball game or dance recital. Let’s just say little me was right: I’m definitely a musician and not cut out for the WNBA.
So when I was thirteen and ended up with a broken jaw after a gym class accident and was told I might never be able to sing again, I knew that didn’t mean I could be away from music. As I kept writing songs, I taught myself how to produce while on the mend, and ended up gaining a skill in a time of insane turmoil. That whole experience taught me what it means to really tap into your strength, and I’m so grateful to be back to singing and performing like I never left.
Currently, I’m writing and producing my next EP, while dealing with the rollercoaster that is being a sophomore in college. Needless to say, I’m not strapped for inspiration. I’m so excited to share what I’ve been working on, and I hope you’ll stick around on this journey with me.
It’s gonna be a good year. 💫
